Oshada Senanayake resigns as ICTA Chairman

Oshadha Senanayake has resigned as Chairman of Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA) this morning (April 03).
Meanwhile, the Director General, Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) says that on the request of the Defence Ministry, service providers have been informed to temporarily restrict social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Instagram, Twitter & YouTube.
