Soldier & army deserter arrested with 45kg of heroin

Two individuals, who were in possession of 45kg of heroin, have been taken into custody in the area of Horana.
The duo was identified as a soldier and an army deserter, the Police Spokesperson DIG Ajith Rohana said.
The arrest has been made by the Anti-Vice Narcotics Unit in Panadura.
