Sri Lanka Railways declared an Essential Service

The Sri Lanka Railways has been declared an Essential Public Service, stated the Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation.
A Gazette Extraordinary was issued by the Presidential Secretariat with this regard, earlier today (27).
