Veteran singer Angelin Gunathilake passes away

Veteran Singer Angelin Gunathilake passed away a short while ago at the age 0f 79.
Family sources said she had been receiving medical treatments at the National Hospital in Colombo at the time of her death.
She made her debut in the Sri Lankan Music industry with the Adara Ambare single and was also a playback singer for a number movies, having sung over 5000 songs.
