C4 Explosives found in Wellawatta

Sri Lanka Navy personnel have taken 3 persons into custody while traveling in a three-wheeler with one kilogram of C-4 explosives near the Wellawatte railway station.
The three-wheeler and the plastic explosives have also been taken into custody and will be handed over to police along with the three suspects, the navy spokesman said.

Now are we going to concentrate all the attention on ISIS terrorists in SL only?
Where is the evidence that LTTE is not doing the same stockpiling and smuggling everything they need to restart the Eelam war 111? Specially now all the attention is somewhere else?
