Former Prime Minister of Sri Lanka Mahinda Rajapaksa has wished the newly-appointed Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.

Ranil Wickrmesinghe was sworn in as the 26th Prime Minister of Sri Lanka before the President Gotabaya Rajapaksa today (May 12).

The appointment of Ranil Wickremesinghe as Prime Minister of Sri Lanka will not be accepted by the public as a solution to the country’s economic crises, said the JVP Leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
