Gazette on holding Local Government Election published

The extraordinary gazette notification pertaining to the holding of the Local Government election on March 9, 2023, has been published.
According to the Election Commission 80,720 candidates from 58 registered Political Parties and 329 Independent Groups will contest the Local Government Election, which will be held for 339 Local Government bodies.
