Protesters demanding resignation of President and Prime Minister near Parliament of Sri Lanka

The National People’s Power (NPP) has been holding a protest near the Parliament of Sri Lanka since this morning (July 13).
The NPP started the protest campaign demanding the resignation of acting President and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe.
Protest is currently being held with the support of thousands of people.

The country is starving and everyone is faced with dire hardships just to put food on the table with astronomical price hikes with no money for anything else, but somehow these rejected-by-the masses-at-elections street-rats appear to have loads and loads of money!
