Newly appointed national organizer of the SLFP Susil Premajayantha who assumed duties in his post today said the SLFP will not remain in the Opposition following the forthcoming General Election.
“SLFP’s intention is to emerge victorious in the upcoming election and appoint a new Prime Minister. By now SLFP is the most powerful political party because there are former Presidents as advisors of the party and President Maithripala Sirisena as the Chiarman. Furthermore, the SLFP has 127 seats in Parliament by now as well. Therefore, SLFP will grab more seats in the Parliament and appoint Nimal Siripala as the Prime Minister” he said.

That will be good. Fisrts a Sirisena next a Siripala.
after ruling for for decades and corrupting the country this mans want another UPFA never only in his dreams the same way Mr sirisena was appointed the UNP will be given the Highest number of seats and there will be a coalition government read the story above 61 mps are wanted for bribery or corruption
This means the end to the mighty SLFP. Wrong turn, people do not expect Siripala as PM.
People need a person who can stay focus and keen on international stages. We appointed President who loosing the dignity of Sri Lankans by doing cheap works.
President should be hold the presidents dignity by not falling towards norms. Else there’s no need of a president to a country.
Mr. Nimal Siripala is not a strong candidate against the now highly inflated RW. NS cannot claim a single electorate as his forte. SLFP , PLEASE acknowledge the ground situation.
Why are you talking rubbish? Most of you are going to end up in jail with your boss.
