Eight injured in E01 expressway crash

At least eight persons were injured and hospitalized after two vans collided on the Southern Expressway, this morning, the police said.
The accident occurred after a speeding van crashed into another van traveling towards Galle near the Gelanigama interchange, according to the police.
The wounded persons including the van drivers have been admitted to the Karapitiya Teaching hospital for treatments.
