Lankans elect to bat first; Malinga in for Kapugedera

Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bat first in their second Asia Cup match against Pakistan in Mirpur, Bangladesh. Lasith Malinga was brought into the team while Chamara Kapugedera was left out.
