Sri Lanka has announced revised health guidelines for wedding ceremonies, funerals in light of the prevailing COVID-19 situation in the country.

Former Parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake who is currently serving a prison sentence at the Angunukolapelessa Prison, has tested positive for COVID-19.
