Sri Lanka spends USD 19 Million annually on healthcare due to floods, droughts: study

New research published in the Asian Development Review journal of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) has revealed that Sri Lanka spends USD 19 million per year directly on health-care costs associated with floods and droughts.
